Meditative Rose- Salvadore Dali
A…Author. Ever since I was a little girl there was one dream I always wanted. I wanted to be an author. I loved getting lost in the world of storywriting and myth. I used to write what I thought back then were amazing poems, but looking back they were laced with teenage angst. My latest project besides Beast and Beauty is a novel that I write when inspiration strikes. It’s post apocalyptic and dystopian and until I get some serious inspiration it is stuck in mud and moving nowhere. At the moment I’m not sure about much except for characters, some plot points and a serious killer surprise ending.
B…Boxing. One of a few things that keep me sane and helped me drop that 10kg this year. Hopefully one of the things that will help me drop 20 more because I loathe treadmills. I even have a pair of pink leather Everlast gloves and a heavy boxing bag at home like a serious boxer. I love all things boxing especially movies like Million Dollar Baby and Warrior. Seriously…you should watch them both, though strangely I have never seen a Rocky movie!
C… Coldplay. My favourite band until most recently when I’ve been mixing it up with Florence + The Machine, Angus & Julia Stone, Sia, Charlie Mayfair, Emma Louise and Adele. But Coldplay was my first love. They are the only band I have ever paid over $100 a ticket for (x3) and all three times I have seen them in concert they have been awesome!
D…Dreamer. Never underestimate the power of your dreams. I have a few on the go at the moment, some will take hard work and other I just instinctually know will happen when the time is right. I’m a BIG believer in destiny…some things are just fated to be. Some might say my head is in the clouds, but honestly….the view is nicer from up here!
E…Elephants. I adore Elephants as well as tigers and owls. I think they’re all my power animals because in greedy and need all three for different reasons. It is elephants I connect with most. They are gentle, kind, graceful, experience emotion and never forget. One of my most treasured memories is of riding on the neck of an Elephant on my own in Chaing Mai last year. It was an amazing experience and one of my most treasured possessions in the painting of an elephant I have that was painted by an elephant…Amazing!
F…Feet and Filofax…feet kinda disgust me. Yours, mine it doesn’t matter, just keep them away from me. Feet have toes, and toes are ugly….plus they have toenails and some people have smelly feet and icky toenails…Thank God I am not one of them!…As for the Filofax, mine is a Raspberry Pink Personal Metropol and it is my bible. If its not written in there it is not happening.
G…Green. I love having green eyes. I just wish I knew how to make them pop with makeup to make the most of them! I get told my eyes are my best feature and apparently they are a bright shade of green that is rare find. Unfortunately I never know quite how to apply makeup to enhance them. They do wear M.A.C. fuschia pigment well as well as Urban Decay Sin. If you have any eye shadow shades I should rush out and try, be sure to let me know.
H…Heroes inspire me in so many ways… My mum (such a amazing woman), My cousin (who seems to have the perfect work/life balance, is gorgeous and so talented at invitation, card and cake design), John Lennon (we share a birthday), Bono, Salvador Dali (beauty in chaos, love it!), Marilyn Munroe, Kate Winslett, Scarlet Johansen, Adele, Louisa May Alcott and Harper Lee. Who are your heroes?
I…iPhone…Love my iphone. Always feel naked if I have left home without it. Most used apps are probably Facebook, Twitter , Shazam, Sound Hound and a good tracker called TargetWeight. I was obsessed with Words With Friends for awhile also. Always on the hunt for good apps….*hint* *hint*
J…January…My favourite month of the year. Losts of summer fun, road trips, the beach, shopping sales. markets, outdoor festivals and of course new years resolutions! A fresh start! It’s when all the crazyness of work settles and I can just be me!
K…Kisses…love a great kiss, pash, whatever. You can tell a lot about someone by the way they kiss you. Shame I haven’t had a decent kiss in awhile, but am hoping to fix that! xoxo
L… Lancôme… While at uni I had the pleasure of a summer job at a major department store in the city. Lancôme was my first foray into high end skincare. I absolutely loved Aqua Fusion was my HG Moisturiser. Then came Hydra Zen. 
M…Music and Mascara…My ipod is always on and when it’s not my stereo replaces it whether at home, in the car or at work. That and my long lashes can’t get enough of a good quality black mascara!
N…Notes. Oh how I love a hand written note, card or letter. Especially love notes. Emails and wall posts and texts aren’t the same…ok, maybe cute texts provides a rush…but its still not the same as a sweet handwritten note!
O… Ocean. If I could live anywhere it would be in a gorgeous house with enormous glass windows and sliding doors overlooking the ocean. Me, my man…my dog and the water…Heaven!
P…Puppy. I am getting so impatient waiting for my puppy to be born. Besides puppy cuddles I can’t wait to take her to puppy school to chat up all the male puppies while I *ahem* bond with the spunky male owners! 
Q…Quit. I’m not a quitter, but have recently tried quitting carbs and chocolate. So far…not bad! I just wish I could quit shopping….never!
R…Rose, my favourite flower (even if I have never been given any) and my middle name. Love anything rose scented or rose coloured too and have been accused of looking at some people and situations with rose coloured glasses. So what if I am an optimist!
S…Sepora. I want them in Australia NOW! No, Mecca Maxima is not the same, not even close. I first discovered them in Paris many years ago when I was too young and foolish to see the importance of such a temple. My credit card rediscovered them when I was in Vegas last year. OMG!
T…Tattoo….To ink or not to ink…that is the question. I have pondering this for far to long. Design is ready to go, but do your thirties make you too old for a tatt or are they called the dirty thirties for a reason?
U…Ugly Duckling…I was one in my teen years, in transition….still trying to find the swan within.
V…Vivian Westwood’s Bouidoir. My signature scent, along with Victor & Rolf’s Flowerbomb and YSL Paris.
W…Words that I loathe and people take great pleasure saying to make me squirm. Moist…(had trouble even typing it) Creamy, and Scrotum. Loathed individually, can not handle them ever uttered together!
X…Xmas Eve carols by candlelight at the Myer Music Bowl. I love Being there in the open air singing. Plus all the money goes to a good cause. Along with midnight mass it’s a family tradition.
Y…Yum Cha dumplings….In China Town….Enough said really!
Z…Zodiac. Fascinated by it, not ruled by it. I am a typical charismatic, indecisive, romantic and possibly slightly narcissistic Libran.
