About the Beauty

Welcome…I’m Mystique… an Aussie woman who tries to live my passions. Currently these passions are writing, photography, beauty and animals. Particularly Labrador Retrievers. Beast and Beauty is the culmination of these passions. Part beauty blog, part lifestyle and part dogs, Beast and Beauty is a mixed basket of fun… but never boring.
I can’t guarantee that my reviews, beauty looks or indeed my nail polish application will be perfect but I can promise my readers that my posts will be a reflection of me and written with heart. I’m a Libran so I have a deep love for shopping, glamour and romance but I can also be the most indecisive creature on earth which makes lipstick and perfume selection an utter nightmare!

I do know what I love and that’s curling up with a good book, eating boysenberry choc tops while at the movies, listening to anything by Coldplay, traveling the world (favorite places being London, Vegas and Paris) and my Labradors!

About the Beast

The beast isn’t really a beast at all. The beast is my gorgeous little Labrador Retriever puppy named Gypsy. Gypsy is a pure bred Black Labrador and she is 100% trouble! She was born in mid January so she’s a Capricorn but on the cusp of Aquarius, hence the 100% trouble! One minute she’s quiet, placid and sleepy…the next she is trying to chew on my hands, arms and toes with a vengeance! Gypsy loves water, loves playing tug and has a fondness for peanut butter….smooth, not crunchy!

As stated above I love beauty and pets and would be happy to hear from you regarding review opportunities for anything related to these two passions.  While your item will be considered for review I cannot  guaranteed if and when your product is reviewed for Beast & Beauty. Events will also be considered if they are suitable but an invitation will not guarantee attendance or coverage. I am located in Melbourne, Australia so please keep that in mind, though am happy to travel for events if transport is supplied.
